The EV tax credit is a credit offered to taxpayers who purchase qualifying plug-in electric or “clean” vehicles.
The Inflation Reduction Act, or IRA, made several changes to the credit that will, for the most part, begin taking effect in 2023 and last until 2032. Among them are new manufacturing requirements, income thresholds and expanded car type eligibility.
The new credit will allow a maximum of $7,500 for new EVs, and up to $4,000, limited to 30% of the sale price, for used EVs. The Treasury Department is expected to issue further guidance on the new stipulations for the battery and critical mineral requirement soon.

How Do Mini Splits Work?
As the name implies, these air-conditioning or heat pump systems are split into two functional components: an outdoor condenser/compressor unit and indoor air-handling unit. These components are smaller (or “mini”) compared to conventional systems. The third component is the system controller which can either be a hand-held remote or wall-mounted style thermostat. There’s also an app to control your temperature from any smart device, anywhere.
Ductless indoor units can be easily designed to fit into any room and you have multiple styles (and colors) to choose from including wall-, floor-, and ceiling-mounted. Our ducted air handlers give you more design options especially with larger zones.
